Candidate for Director of Membership Recruitment and Retention
If I was appointed as Director of the Membership & Recruitment committee for the Young Professionals group at Urban League of Greater Hartford. I will be a valuable member of Urban League of Greater Hartford Young Professional's group. My intent is to continue my life journey as a community organizer. I promise to keep the morale high within the YP group and maintain a high retention rate.
I have a very strong interest in pursuing a leadership role for the Young Professionals organization. With professional urban planning experience, as well as being politically and socially involved in my community within Hartford, I have a diverse background with much to offer. Alongside with my Urban League YP leadership experience as the former Director of the Membership committee, I have four years of experience volunteering as a Community Organizer.
