Aundrya Montgomery
Candidate for President
If elected as YP President, I will continue to motivate and drive our current strides of educating, encouraging, and empowering the greater Hartford community through outreach, professional development, and civic engagement initiatives. We have come a long way since I joined the organization in 2016 and I am excited to see the new heights that we will reach in the future.
Aundrya B. Montgomery earned her Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Connecticut. Currently, her research includes the evaluation of pediatric esophageal tissue engineering techniques and identifying the
prevalence of obesity and its comorbidities among transgender youth. Since 2016, Aundrya has maintained an active role in the Urban League of Greater Hartford Young Professionals and has served as the Director for Community Outreach since 2018.
